Biography:
Joseph Thompson, a native Virginian, received his art education at Shepherd University, the Philadelphia College of Art, Winthrop University, and East Carolina University where he earned his masters degree in art education. Joe has had numerous one-man shows and has been included in several juried shows primarily in the Carolinas. He creates in acrylics, enamel on Plexiglas, and printmaking.

In addition to his career as an award-winning graphic designer and, college instructor Joe is a published author of two books featuring his photography and graphic design.
